Tuscany

Tuscany is timeless — rolling hills stitched with cypress, medieval borghi, vineyards and stone farmhouses bathed in a warm, forgiving light. It is a landscape made for celebrations that feel both grand and deeply personal, and for photography that leans naturally toward the editorial.

Benjamin Pierre is a luxury editorial wedding photographer based in Geneva, working with a small number of couples each year across Italy. His approach is discreet and fashion-led: he reads the light, anticipates the quiet moments, and composes images with restraint — pictures made to become a family heirloom rather than a passing post.

Whether at a restored borgo near Siena, a wine estate in the Val d'Orcia or a villa in the Chianti hills, Tuscany rewards patience and a love of natural light. The golden hour here is among the most beautiful in Europe, and it is where some of the most memorable images of the day are made.

FAQ

Tuscany wedding photography — questions

Do you travel to Tuscany for weddings?

Yes. Based in Geneva, Tuscany is a short flight away and one of my regular destinations. Travel and accommodation are quoted transparently within your proposal.

How far ahead should we book a Tuscany wedding photographer?

For the popular May-to-October window, 12 to 18 months ahead is ideal, as the finest borghi and estates are reserved well in advance.

Which Tuscany venues do you know?

I photograph at restored borghi and wine estates across the Val d'Orcia, the Chianti hills and the countryside around Siena and Florence, including Borgo Santo Pietro, Castello di Casole and Borgo Pignano.

What do collections begin at?

Collections begin at CHF 4,900, with destination weddings quoted individually. A complimentary consultation lets us shape the coverage around your celebration.
